Our Management Team

With Barry Pipkin, Chief Executive Officer, at the helm The BridgeWay is managed by a dedicated team of leaders. Pipkin began his career in 1994 as the Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director of The Bridgeway. In 2001, he was promoted to Group Director over six hospitals in five states and Puerto Rico, while continuing the role as CEO of the Bridgeway. He was promoted in 2003 to Regional Vice President and his region grew from six to 11 hospitals. In 2004 he assumed the role of Vice President of the Behavioral Health Division. He resumed the role of CEO of The BridgeWay in the fall of 2010.
