Our Management Team
With Jennifer Nolan, Chief Executive Officer, at the helm, The BridgeWay is managed by a talented group of leaders. Nolan joined The BridgeWay as Chief Executive Officer in 2007. She holds a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern Mississippi and has extensive experience in working with children, adolescents and adults. Having devoted her career to serving the mental health needs of families, she has held executive leadership positions in both public and private sectors in the behavior health field since 1995.
